Summer Clinic

The clinic at French Elementary will be closed for the summer from June 2nd at 4:00 pm through August 9th. The nurse, Debby Brogan RN will return on Thursday, August 10th.

Please do not fax immunization records to the clinic or to the school as the fax machines are not reliable over the summer.
You may bring immunizations to the school in person and they will be placed in a box for me on my return in August.
Thank you.

Please feel free to come by in early August and drop off prescription medications prior to the start of school. This really helps the first day of school go smoothly. A Physicians Authorization form must accompany all medication to be stored and given in the school clinic.

For EPI-PENS an Allergy Action Plan signed by the Physician must be brought to the clinic when you leave the EPI-PEN.
EPI-PENS without the Allergy Action Plan completed may not be left in the clinic. Thank you in advance for having the completed paper work.

*As a reminder, Medication such as antibiotics that are prescribed to be given 3 times a day will not be administered during school hours. They may be given at home; before school, after school and at bedtime.

French Clinic wishes you all a safe and healthy sunscreen summer!
