We would like to invite students in grades K-5 to our Fit 4 Life Club.
This is an exciting before school activity led by the Physical Education teachers that will start soon! The goal of the club is to promote activities that will help the students to develop their cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, overall endurance, flexibility, and general fitness. We would also like to enhance the students’ lifetime fitness goals and improve their Fitnessgram scores.
The Fit 4 Life Club will be offered on Thursday mornings. . All students who wish to participate in that day’s activity must arrive on time.
Arrival Procedures for the Fit 4 Life Club
Parents, please wait with your child until 7:15at the gym door (or the back car rider line). A physical education teacher will greet the students at 7:15. at the gym doors. Unfortunately, in order to provide adequate supervision, late students will not be permitted. The French P.E. Department will provide the equipment needed for all activities.
The Fit 4 Life Club will begin on October 15th and will end on March 4th.
